14-day, no-questions-asked refund
If Salience isn't right for you, email hello@latentsea.io within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked. You don't have to explain why.
How refunds work
Purchases are processed by Stripe Managed Payments, our merchant of record, so refunds are issued back through Stripe to your original payment method. It can take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank.
After 14 days
Because Salience is beta software you can fully try, we generally don't offer refunds after 14 days. If something is genuinely broken and we can't fix it for you, reach out anyway; we'll be reasonable.
Chargebacks
If something's wrong, please email us first; we'll almost always sort it out faster than a chargeback, and it keeps things simpler for both of us.
