Connection issues

If Salience can't reach the Marketplace, the model server (the same one behind the one-time download), or the license server, your installed Styles, saved project, and existing activation keep working. Nothing local is at risk from a connectivity failure.

Check your connection, then use Retry when ready. Your license stays activated through all of this, more in License and machine slots.
